How iGyro eSign Works

1) Create a document (blank or from a template)

Start from scratch or choose a template. Optionally assign the document to a job so iGyro can keep everything organised and linked to the right place.

2) Add recipients and choose authentication

Add one or more recipients (clients, subcontractors, other stakeholders). For higher-trust signing, you can enable SMS OTP authentication to verify signer identity.

3) Upload one or multiple files

Drag-and-drop your files (or browse to upload). You can include multiple documents in the same workflow. Add signature fields, date fields and initials for each recipient, including “replicate to all pages” for initials on longer documents.

4) Set signing order (optional)

Send to all recipients at once, or switch on sequential signing to enforce a specific signing order.

5) Send, track and complete

Once sent, you can see who has not viewed, who is in progress, and when the document is completed. When signing is finished, the signed copy is automatically returned and stored in iGyro (and filed against the job if assigned).
